The food box check in station is across the street from our facility. It is found between 219 and 221 S. Broadway, Turlock, CA 95380

To receive a food box you MUST have the following:

1. Picture ID

2. Identifcation card or Medi-Cal cards for EACH member in the household

3. Proof of current address (utility bill, rent receipt, lease agreement)

4. Proof of income for EVERYONE in the household 18 and older
